The important issue we face today is that the money to help the poor does not exist. Education system has failed to give people the tools they need to escape from poverty. early childcare and education programs appear to provide substantial benefits for disadvantaged children. Poor children have a great deal less healthcare and this ultimately results in many absences from the academic year. Additionally, poor children are much more likely to suffer from hunger, fatigue, irritability, headaches, ear infections, flu, and colds. These illnesses could potentially restrict a child or student's focus and concentration. Selective Primary Health Care has been shown to be one of the most efficient ways in which absolute poverty can be eradicated in comparison to Primary Health Care which has a target of treating diseases. Disease prevention is the focus of Selective Primary Health Care which puts this system on higher grounds in terms of preventing malnutrition and illness, putting an end to Absolute Poverty. Opposition to welfare programs has been primarily in the United States. Both the Republican and Democratic Party (as well as third parties such as the Libertarians ) have favored reducing or eliminating welfare.Our welfare system is unfair to everyone: to taxpayers who must pick up the bill for failed programs; family are increasingly pushed aside; and most of all to the poor themselves, who are trapped in a system that destroys opportunity for themselves and hope for their children. ...
