Description of Business
Mitchy Works will be a sole trader form of Business Organization. We will be providing a large range of Services to customers at reasonable prices. We will be mostly selling clothing items and accessories consisting of all different types of design, patterns and style. We will be located at Love Lane Stress Street Montego Bay St. James. The Business will be opened from Monday-Saturday at 7:30am-9:00pm.
Love Lane Stress will be chosen as the Location due to the fact that it is an area that attracts a lot of people which will assist the business in maximizing profits and to develop into a larger company. The main aim of the business is to provide a service to customer, create employment, broadens the scope of sales and marketing, to work in the public’s interest and to make a profit.
THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART FOR MITCHY WORKS
This diagram above is a line Organizational Structure that represents the Marketing Department. Authority will flow from top to bottom. The Sales Representative will report to the Marketing Manager who will then report to the CEO. This type of chart is chosen due to the fact that it is easy to understand and Information will be transmitted easily.
Roles of Each member
CEO: The role of the CEO is to give an over sight of the Business in making sure that the workers are doing their task that have been assigned to them and to ensure that the working facilities and work place are in good conditions.
Marketing Manager: The role of the marketing manager is to be knowledgeable about what the customers want and try to use the resources that are available to satisfy their wants within the marketing department.
Sales Representative: The role of the sales representative is to formulate and direct marketing activities while dealing with sales projection and also Promote products and consumers relating to sales and its requirements.
