The organisation of which we are going to talk about is the Blue Bells restaurant. The market sector of the Blue Bells restaurant is Restaurants. Blue Bells restaurant is a fine dine restaurant having 75 let able covers in Sunningdale in Berkshire. The target customers of this restaurant are the business people and the rich people who stay in this area and around. Since they are targeting business people for lunch they have a quick service for lunch and in the evening they have a long and elegant service so that the customer can enjoy their meal to the fullest. The service & food quality standard which the restaurant is offering is very high as compared to the other restaurant in the vicinity which are:
The Belvedere Arms (a pub)
Ascot Oriental (a fine Chinese restaurant)
Piccolino (Italian restaurant)
The Brickmaker (a pub)
The Wentworth Golf Club restaurant (it’s a member’s only restaurant and it has 3000 members all around the world)
So if we see there is no competition for Bluebells restaurant in Sunningdale and the nearby area because it is the only fine dine restaurant which is offering International and Modern European cuisine in sunningdale
